Flat Fee MLS – $449
For sellers who want maximum exposure without full commission. I list your property in the MLS and you handle the rest.

MLS input (up to 25 seller-provided photos)
Basic public remarks
Disclosure forms uploaded (you complete them)
6-month listing
One-time setup only
No representation, no agent contact, no contract help.
This is a true do-it-yourself package.
Limited Service
Limited Service – 1% Commission (paid at closing)
For sellers who want setup, showing coordination, and marketing done for them, but still plan to handle the sale independently.
Includes:
MLS input with up to 25 edited photos
Public remarks professionally written
Sign + lockbox placement
ShowingTime setup
Disclosure forms uploaded
One round of listing edits
